UMA is facilitating Dual Enrollment at Southeastern University (SEU) that is an opportunity for high school students to earn college credit while also completing their high school requirements.
Pre-Conditions for Dual Enrollment
The high school students should qualify for SEU at UMA Dual Enrollment according the following criteria:
Cumulative High School GPA 3.0 or higher (minimum 85 percentages)
English Language average grade A (minimum 90 percentages)
Proven high capacity of studies (extracurricular enrollment, etc.)
Proven right attitude (volunteering, excellent behavior, etc.)

The costs (tuition + courses materials) for SEU Dual Enrollment at UMA is only $70 per credit hour, thanks to the generous sponsors. This costs doesn't include technical and administrative expenses.
Students must be at least a Sophomore (10th grade) in high school and have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher (general average grade of 8.5).
No tests or transcripts are required.
Any Freshman (1000) or Sophomore (2000) level courses that do not require a prerequisite can be taken.
Online courses are 8-week asynchronous classes so students may work on them at any time during the day to complete the weekly assignments. Online courses are offered during Session A and Session B each semester.
Courses are requested each semester as part of the application process.
High School Sophomores may take up to 6 credit hours per semester, Juniors (11th grade) may take up to 12 credit hours per semester, and Seniors (12th grade) may take up to 15 credit hours per semester.
